As payment, Educate & Certify will accept credit card (VISA, MC, & AMEX),
checks (both personal and corporate), and Purchase Orders. With checks,
payment must be made before the registration is final.
Educate & Certify will provide a refund minus $100 processing fee for any customer that cancels their registration 22 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of their class. At 21 days and therein, a customer will be issued a credit towards another class/course; such credit is good for one year from date of issuance.
Educate & Certify is committed to running all of its scheduled classes. In the rarest of circumstances, based on the financial viability of a class, Educate & Certify may make a decision to cancel a class. That decision, and notification to any affected students, will be made no later than 10 days prior to the event’s proposed start date. Notification will be sent via email, with follow up phone calls to provide students with options. If the student opts for a refund, one will be provided immediately in full. All refunds are issued by check.
